Over the last few days, I've been feeling a lot of pressure in the cervix/vag area. Combined with menstrual cramps, Dr Google said I had an incompentent cervix and should see my Dr.
On Friday, I saw my Dr. The official diagnosis?
"Menstrual Cramps = Normal during pregnancy"
"You have a bladder infection = Good thing you came in. Take these pills."
So, out of all the sh!t that could have gone wrong today, I'll take a bladder infection and couldn't be more pleased about the diagnosis. Oh, the doctor did take the time to comment on my long, lovely cervix. Apparently, I have one of the longest cervixes he's ever had the pleasure of painfully molesting. What does a lass say to a compliment like that? I just blushed.
And the baby kicked the doppler. Apparenting she didn't like the doctor poking around down there.
